Terms & Conditions
for the sale of digital products (ebook / digital content)
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between the seller and the buyer in connection with the purchase of digital products (ebooks, educational digital materials, or other digital content) through online sales.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

The seller operates as a provider of digital content.
3. Nature of the Product
The subject of the contract is a digital product, delivered exclusively in electronic form.
No physical goods are shipped.
The product is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
4. Order & Payment
Orders are placed through the online order form on the website.
The buyer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information, including their country of residence for tax purposes.
Payment is made electronically via payment service providers.
After successful payment, the digital product is delivered via email or download link.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
The digital product is considered delivered at the moment:
it is sent to the buyer's email, or
the download link is made accessible.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correctness of their email address.
6. Digital Content & Loss of Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing the digital content, the buyer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges that once access to the digital product is granted, the right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital content.
Refunds are therefore not possible after delivery, except in cases defined in the Complaints Policy.
7. Complaints
Complaints may only be made in case of:
non-delivery of the product
non-functional or corrupted file
The seller will provide a replacement or alternative access method.
Refunds are possible only if the product cannot be delivered or technically repaired.
8. License & Intellectual Property
The buyer receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
The buyer may not:
copy
distribute
share
resell
publish
modify
the digital product without the seller's written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The product is provided "as is".
The seller does not guarantee specific results.
The seller is not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the product.
10. Prices, Currency & VAT
Prices may be displayed in local currencies for convenience.
Invoices are issued in EUR.
VAT is applied according to the buyer's country in compliance with EU VAT regulations (OSS regime).
Sales outside the EU may be treated as exports of digital services.
11. Global Availability
The digital service is offered worldwide where legally permitted.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the seller's website.
14. Final Provisions
The seller reserves the right to update these Terms.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms become effective upon publication on the seller's website.
