Refund & Complaints Policy

for digital products (ebook / digital content)

1. Scope

This policy regulates complaints and refund conditions related to the purchase of digital products delivered electronically.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

The products are educational and informational in nature and do not guarantee specific results.

3. Eligibility for Complaints

Complaints may be submitted only in cases of:

  • non-delivery of the digital product after successful payment

  • non-functional file (cannot open or download)

  • corrupted or incomplete digital file

Dissatisfaction with the content, expectations of results, or personal interpretation of the material does not constitute a valid reason for a complaint.

4. How to Submit a Complaint

Complaints must be sent to:

The complaint must include:

  • buyer's full name

  • email used for purchase

  • order number (if available)

  • description of the issue

  • supporting evidence (screenshot if applicable)

5. Complaint Processing

The seller undertakes to review and respond within 14 days from receipt of the complaint.

6. Resolution of Valid Complaints

If the complaint is valid, the seller may provide:

  • a new copy of the digital file

  • a corrected version

  • an alternative access method

A refund is issued only if:

  • the product cannot be delivered

  • the technical defect cannot be resolved

7. Digital Content & Loss of Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing the digital product, the buyer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges that once access is granted, the right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content.

8. Resolution of Valid Complaints

The seller reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, repeated unjustified claims, or evidence of product usage after delivery.

9. Currency & VAT

Invoices are issued in EUR. VAT is applied according to the buyer's country in accordance with EU VAT regulations.

10. Governing Law

This document is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the laws of the European Union.

11. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to update this policy.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.
