Terms & Conditions for the Sale of a Digital Product
(ebook / digital content) 

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between the seller and the buyer when purchasing a digital product (ebook, educational digital content) through online sales.
By completing the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

2. Seller

If you are not a business entity (sole trader / limited company), enter your full name and address.


3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is a digital product – an electronic publication or other digital content delivered electronically (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").

The Product is delivered exclusively in digital form.


4. Order and Payment

The order is placed through the order form on the website.
The buyer is required to provide accurate and truthful information.

Payment is made electronically (non-cash).

After the payment is completed, the Product will be delivered to the buyer via email or made available through a download link.


5. Delivery of the Product

The digital Product is considered delivered at the moment it is:

  • sent to the buyer's email address, or

  • made available through a download link.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their email address.


6. Consumer's Right to Withdraw

The buyer acknowledges that by receiving the digital content, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., as the Product is digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

Once the Product has been delivered, refunds are not possible.


7. Liability

The digital Product is intended for educational purposes only.

It does not guarantee any results or profits.
The buyer acts at their own risk.

The seller is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the Product.


8. License and Copyright

By purchasing the Product, the buyer receives a non-exclusive license to use the Product for their personal use.

The buyer may not:

  • copy

  • distribute

  • share with third parties

  • publish

  • modify or resell the Product

Any such actions are prohibited and may violate copyright law.


9. Complaints (Claims)

Since this is digital content, complaints may only be submitted in the case of:

  • a corrupted or non-functional file

  • non-delivery of the Product

Complaints can be submitted via email.


10. Personal Data Protection

The protection of personal data is governed by the "Privacy Policy", available on the seller's website.


11. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions become effective on the date of publication.

The seller reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
